Hello and thanks for being my author, I'm looking forward to whatever you come up with!
I've rambled on down below- my hope is to give some ideas and make things easier, but take only anything that is helpful to you!

Some general Do Not Wants:
Someone being choked
Punishment, sexual or otherwise.
BDSM.
If you include sex I'd like all parties to feel appreciated and safe; err on the vanilla side.
Porn without plot/feelings.
AU- canon divergence is okay but I dont like full AUs like coffee shop etc.
Fluff that ignores canon conflicts/drama for the sake of sweetness.
Fat jokes.

Hell's Library - A.J. Hackwith (spoilers herein)
(i’ve now read the third book and I believe all of my prompts still make sense! If you'd like to write something after the close of the third book that's cool with me)

Hell's Library has been a big part of my life recently- for a while the audiobooks were things that I would just relisten to regularly for comfort. I like that identity and purpose are major themes- everyone at some point has reason to ask themselves if they really want to be what they say they are. Is Hero a Hero, Brevity a Muse, Rami an Angel of Heaven? Is Claire a librarian and protector of the library? Even the books themselves have hidden identities, hopes and potential.

Some stuff i might like, and also some general thoughts:

1) ANYTHING for Revka and Poppaea. I nominated them because the bits of them in the second book broke my heart- maybe a flashback to better times, or a reunion somehow??

In Revka's letter to Poppaea from the unsaid wing, I get the impression that these two started as rivals and became romantically involved over years of learning how to communicate and collaborate. Revka also seemed completely heartbroken that Poppaea would leave without telling her- I imagine that not telling her was an effort to save her life in the face of a plan that she knew would almost certainly fail.

I think I'd prefer something soft, but if you wanna break my heart, go ahead. Maybe both?

2) Hero/Rami - how do these men who have never really been in a romantic relationship before deal with trying to navigate one now? I think they're super cute, but also there's a lot going on with both of them that could complicate how easy a relationship will be for them- how does hero's identity crisis effect how willing he is to receive affection? Now that Rami has tied himself to the library is he satisfied or does he have larger plans for humanity? How does Rami feel about being with someone that has a human soul? If you write something with sex, I'd like you to keep in mind that both of these men are inexperienced and shy about sex!

(i prefer hero and rami just by themselves, but if you wanted to do a 'rami and claire share hero' situation I'd be okay with that as long as there was no claire/rami)

3) Hero character study dealing with his newfound personhood: i would also love an examination of where Hero is at the end of book two. maybe he starts asking questions of everyone else in the library, or he hides himself away and everyone starts coming to him.

Jonathan Strange & Mr Norrell (TV)

Would love some Honeyfoot/Segundus, I love them as partners that compliment each other well, and men equally excited by magic. They are both passionate about what they believe in, kind when others are not, and smart enough to figure things out. Perhaps an effort to get the young bachelor Segundus a wife reveals that he is much happier in Honeyfoot's company?

I know that this isn't a very popular ship because Honeyfoot isn't the most attractive man, but i don't think you need to be attractive to be interesting and desirable. I want this to be cute, and sex is also an option if you want to include it.

(A note: i know Honeyfoot has a wife in the book. If you give him a wife here I'd like her to be totally cool with this going on, or even setting it up for her husband's sake)

a romantic and/or sexy story is what i had in mind, but if you're not into that I'd also enjoy a fun new adventure between the two! How has the York Society changed in their care, and what sort of magic have they gotten up to? Did they finally start that school of magic, does Emma still live at the Sanatorium? Do THEY live there? (I don't have her tagged but I would welcome Emma in a 'getting the dumb men together' role or as a secondary character in an adventure story, if you'd like to include her)

Sir Gawain and the Green Knight

I really like the idea that Bertilak wasn't only in disguise as the Green Knight but also the lady of the house, so his game was to kiss Gawain in the evening and then receive a kiss in return in the morning. Maybe something with that?

things i like about Sir Gawain and the Green Knight: how much Gawain enjoyed the house and Bertilak's company, the very medieval morality, the quest narrative and knightly virtues. I like that Gawain is a sweet man that tries and fails. I like the idea of magic being personified by this man in a big house (and in the green chapel), while at the same time being in conflict with civilization.

What was Morgana doing in the house, and did she encourage Bertilak to go to the Christmas feast just to stir up shit for Arthur? What else might she encourage Bertilak to do? Perhaps he would return to court and offer Gawain a different sort of game that is more about what he wants from him.

most of all, i like Gawain being sweet and trying hard and im love him

(A note: I would prefer the story you write not be inspired by The Green Knight movie, or the interpretations of the characters that appear in that film. I like it, but I feel like it's a different story and not one i'm interested in receiving fic for)

Doctor Who: Eighth Doctor Adventures

Would love some Trix/Anji, especially with domestic vibes, or Trix coming into Anji's life post-canon like a sexy wrecking ball, or both.

My initial idea is a post-canon Anji and Trix that live together or Trix coming to Anji's place in need of a place to lie low or just be normal for a while with someone who knows how insane her life has been. I like the canon note that Trix has been feeding Anji stock tips while she's been on the TARDIS, so I imagine Anji is doing very well for herself!

I think Trix is a really interesting character and I really wish that she had had occasion during the books to let her guard down a little bit, or find a slice of identity that didn't feel like putting on a show. And for Anji, I think I'm interested most in how she feels apart from the insane life that swept her up and set her back down to Earth a different person. She's managed to process her grief over her fiancee's death, but I don't think that that's ever absent once you've lost someone that you love. It would be interesting to see how she approaches a new relationship in her life. I think that ultimately they could balance eachother out and do a lot of good for each other.

A story set on the TARDIS instead would also be welcome, though if you do that I'd like the rest of the folks on the TARDIS and Sabbath to be at most minor characters.

(re: canon stuff, I'd prefer if Trix and Fitz are either not yet together or have already split up by the time this fic takes place. also, i know that Anji acquires some weird alien child in one of the books- can we just ignore that one? I think she has enough to deal with without that also happening. I'm also not interested in fic about Obverse versions of Trix and Anji.)
